Gorgeous Food Photo

I love this photograph.  I think what really makes this photograph work is the styling.  The red syrup makes a really nice graphic background, but the fact that its out of focus doesn't make it distracting.  Also, the little green sprig of mint really exemplifies how herbs should be used in styling.
